BICAS (Bicycle Inter-Community Art & Salvage) is a nonprofit bicycle center located just north of downtown Tucson. BICAS is dedicated to providing affordable and sustainable transportation to the community, with a focus on recycled and refurbished bicycles. They offer many programs, workshops and classes where community members can, among other things, learn how to build and maintain a bike, create art using reclaimed bicycle parts, and earn bikes or bike parts through volunteering in the shop.
