Shop Policies, Shipping and Returns

We are an independently-run operation with a small (and awesome) staff, and we work with over 90 local artists to stock our shop with hundreds of different items with a high turnover. Please understand that if an item says it is "SOLD OUT," you can always call or email us about it and we will let you know when it's back in stock. If you see an item in the shop or on social media but it's not on this site, call or email and we will list it for you. Most items are available by special order; we will coordinate with the artist to get you your goodies! Communication is key. Also keep in mind that all our items are handmade and often with reclaimed materials, so they may vary slightly from the photos.


All payments are due at checkout via Paypal or Credit Card. We so appreciate your business!


We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days from when they are ordered via USPS Mail or another carrier of the customer's choosing based on weight. 

For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your shipment tracking number. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, please call or email us - ultimately, delivery issue must be resolved with shipping provider. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, and the tracking has not been updated for one week, we will initiate a claim.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. We are happy to exchange any unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. Pop-Cycle retains the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for claiming orders from customs if needed, as well as any charges that may occur through customs or in the event that an order goes unclaimed and must be shipped again.

All body care items and masks are final sale.
