Named for the genus of the creosote bush that gives the desert rain its signature scent, Larrea Skincare was founded by Tucson herbalist Julianna Starr Asis. Originally from Massachusetts, Julianna was raised by an Argentinian holistic medicine doctor and a nonprofit advocate, and grew up backpacking and exploring the wilderness.
