Stained Glass Cat Sun Catchers by Goodness Glass

Cute cats and good make for a paw-some match! These adorable adornments from Goodness Glass, much like real cats, are most at home in a sunbeam, but look great just hanging on a wall too.

Cats measure approx. 2.25"x3", with a 2" hanging accent bead.

Alex of Goodness Glass (formerly The Glass Desert) has been working with glass since 2004, when she started teaching herself torchwork in her shed. A little after her move  to Tucson she began work at the Sonoran Glass School, where she learned more about glassmaking, and started working with stained glass and mosaics. 7 years later while working for the Center for Biological Diversity, Alex met her friend Alexis, who gifted Alex her late father’s equipment in exchange for finishing a stained glass piece he had been working on. Soon after Alex began crafting stained glass cactus, and The Glass Desert was born!

After 5 years and 10,000 cacti creations, Alex shifted her focus from desert-inspired works to more ethereal and whimsical pieces. Now, Alex is looking to spread goodness with her expanded body of work and rekindled creative spark! Everything is handmade using recycled materials right here in Tucson.
